Twindwell is operated by Shohanur Rahman, an individual. Our operator location is Dhaka, Bangladesh. A full postal address has not been supplied, so please use email.

We currently offer support by email only. We do not publish a telephone number or a contact-form service, and we do not promise a fixed response time.

Privacy and account requests

For a privacy request, use the subject “Privacy request” and include the email address associated with your Twindwell account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also withdraw consent for reminders. The app’s JSON export covers household data and completion history; it does not include feedback, support notes, audit records, sessions, tokens, logs or backups, so some requests need manual handling.

To change optional analytics, use “Privacy choices” in the site footer or account area. You can accept, decline or withdraw there.

Deleting your account or leaving a household

• To delete your account, first leave your household. Use the leave/delete controls in the app. Staff accounts cannot be deleted through the app.
• If you are the last member and there is no subscription, leaving deletes the household and its database records. If other members remain, shared content stays with them; deleting your account then removes your account references.
• If a subscription exists, resolve it with support before the owner leaves or the last membership is deleted.
• Download anything you want to keep before deleting. Backups may retain data after deletion; backup retention is still being confirmed.

Security and legal notices

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, invitation links or sensitive personal data by email. For a security report or legal notice, use the same address and put “Security” or “Legal notice” in the subject line.
